EVENTS: summer educational program for interns and fellows

 

Each summer, as part of the Internship and Fellows Programs, PILI organizes lunch-time seminars for Interns and Fellows on a variety of substantive law and professional development topics. 

The Summer Educational Series launches in June of each year.  Information about the 2010 Summer Educational program will be available in April 2010.  You may also contact PILI's Director of Programs, Michael G. Bergmann, at 312-832-5129 or by e-mail for additional information.

2009 PILI Summer Educational Program

On Wednesday, June 3rd, Cook County Public Guardian, Robert F. Harris, was the guest speaker at this year's kick-off luncheon for PILI's Summer Educational Series for Interns and Fellows. During the program entitled "Protecting Children and the Disabled, " Mr. Harris spoke about the work of the Cook County Public Guardian and his path to his career in public interest law.
